Our guest house is located on the east shore of Ostrich Bay in Bremerton and while you are here, you will have the entire property to yourselves.

It is a quiet getaway filled with everything you need for a memorable stay. You will find comfortable accommodations including a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. For outdoor dining, there is the Barbeque Grotto just steps away from your front door. A beach trail leads through the gardens by the Glass House and continues down to the beach where wildlife, sunrise and sunset awaits you.

Whether you just need a few beds to sleep in or want to step it up to preparing your own meals, our accommodations will meet your needs.

The lower bedroom has a queen bed with bedside tables, reading lamps and a combination alarm clock/charging station - don't forget to bring your charging cords! There are extra blankets and two pillows to choose from: firm or soft. There is a large closet containing a wardrobe, luggage rack, ironing board and iron. A small desk is for any work you need to do and the Wi-Fi is free - 100mbps download and 6mbps upload.

The upper bedroom is accessible by an exterior stairway and has two queen beds with bedside tables, reading lamps and combination alarm clock/charging stations. As with the lower floor, the extra blankets and pillow choices are here too. There is a closet for organizing your stay and a bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities. Opposite the beds is a coffee/tea station and a cozy reading chair while across the room is a pair of luggage racks.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware, including coffeemaker/hot water maker, blender and toaster.

An outdoor dining area is just outside your front door in the Barbeque Grotto. Here you'll find a propane barbeque, prep table and dining table for up to six. There is a propane fire pit for relaxing and conversation. The entire area is lighted so you can continue after dark.

Just beyond the Barbeque Grotto is a winding path through cottage gardens to the waters of Ostrich Bay. On the way, you will pass the Glass House where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The Glass House is heated and lighted for the cooler parts of the day and after dark.

The path continues down the rustic stairs to the beach where you can catch views of wildlife, boats and even a few rays of the sun. Other activities include beachcombing, kayaking, paddle boarding or whatever your heart desires.

Our property is located on Marine Drive - a peninsula with waterfront homes on both sides of the road. It is a very peaceful, beautiful, friendly neighborhood. Restaurants and a grocery store are minutes away.

We are a quick 10 minute drive to the Navy shipyard and Bremerton Ferry. From there, a 50 minute picturesque ferry ride takes you to downtown Seattle within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium and Seattle waterfront restaurants and shops. From downtown you can also take the light rail to SeaTac airport, and sports stadiums for Mariners and Seahawks games. Prices for the Washington State Ferries can be found on Washington Department of Transportation website. Kitsap Count has a new passenger only fast ferry that gets to Seattle in 30 minutes. Prices for the fast ferry can be found on the Kitsap Transit website. Driving to Seattle or SeaTac airport is a little over an hour away (depending on traffic). You can also take a 30 minute drive to Poulsbo where you can enjoy boutique shops and restaurants. Bremerton is also a great starting point to exploring the Olympic peninsula which contains the Olympic National Park, historic Port Townsend and Port Angeles.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
